Hoemke stated field #2 at Reeds needs work as Soccer used it a lot due to f=

#3 being closed most of the fall season.&n=

Lacrosse would like it fixed now rather than spring time as Lacrosse
uses it for the boys games.

Peewee and Peewee Cheerleaders are all champions and Jr. Midgets are champi=

went to Springfield, MA and on the 19th go to Worster, MA. Jr. Midget girls 1st pl=

Regional qualifiers, if they win looking to go to Disney first week in
December. The girls will be o=

payment. Football Jr. High
completed this week and play Saturday in Manchester against Manchester. NH State Championships were last n=
ight
at Vet’s, two games; concessions ran well. Peewees competed and were
eliminated. Pop Warner level =
teams
are complete. One Cheer team going on and one Jr. High team going on. November 20th is their =
annual
board meeting and elections; item #2- also having E.B. Member at Large to do
his audit.
Soccer
Director – Craig Hoemke.
Still
researching the concession stand; Monday night, 11/14 is Soccer’s
elections and annual meeting; item #1- audit- E.B. Member at Large to do
Soccer’s audit. Looking=
at
buying lights for Kollsman- yearly maintenance is very costly for Football;
cost is $1400 to $1600.00 apiece.
Last month Kristina DeBruin brought a by-law change and knows the E.=
B.
had questions; he is asking the E.B. to correct the wording to eliminate the
conflict. Jim Noon talked abo=
ut his
experience and feels that Soccer is the only one that has had the issue in =
the
past. Gage Perry is on the St=
ate
Lacrosse Board and they get a disclosure from the vendor/board member and l=
et
all the others know. Discussi=
on on how
much the MYA profits from board members being vendors, giving freebees. Saturday is the last day for the s=
eason.
Wrestling
Director – Mike Brody.

#1- audit- John Schneider will call the treasurer himself to set up audit as

running; started season this week; approximately 35 kids; 2/3 are new w/you=

kids and parents. Intense
negotiating over 1 more mat at Reeds- can have 3 mats now at the gym. Have a new coach, Kyle Finver, wil=

to help; looking for board members; new parents like to volunteer. Met w/high school coach and booster
club, learning and working together works for all plus the mentoring
contributes to the program. J=

7th is the tournament at MMS for Wrestling.
Girls

Williams sent in a written report asking Don De Beradinis to serve as his p=

tonight. Cancelled games for
tonight and reschedule for tomorrow night; season going strong; revising on
line registration system; looking at cost to run the levels. Christmas Party next month in Dece=
mber,

is the average for the ¼ water bill at Amtech. Bise Fieldhouse will be closed aro=

William’s email, on file, was read at this time- MYB in a low activity
period of getting organized for the upcoming registration period. Registration dates and planning
materials shall be forwarded to the E.B. after MYB December meeting. Last month’s minutes were not
accepted due to them not being distributed in a timely fashion for review.<=

will share single on line store w/the high school for apparel; looking to do
something for a few mentors if anyone has any ideas. Inventory list will be coming soon
w/totals from Lacrosse- John Schneider explained need the format to be chan=
ged.

They are looking for projects- proposals for the town to work on for=
the
next budget cycle. There is a=
lot
of emphasis being put on improving Wasserman Park including the fields
there. Are there any smaller
project suggestions that I can provide or recommend (budget will be tight as
usual). Meeting is next Wedne=
sday;
the tree lighting and parade for the holidays is scheduled for 12/4 at 3 p.=
m.
at the Merrimack Commons Plaza, the theme is Light Up the Night w/Holiday
Spirit. Registration forms ar=
e on
the town’s website, rain date is 12/11.

on Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) clinic attended on Saturday, 11/5 with
Avery Finver, Terry Benhardt and myself.&n=

Gage Perry, Lacrosse spoke on US Lacrosse mandates for coaching lice=

and it is very good and it works.
Bob Shagoury and Avery Finver gave their personal view on it. It is expensive and E.B. should not
mandate it, the programs should welcome it themselves and the programs would
have to kick in the $.

need to another meeting to vote in the officers. 501c3 paperwork- sent out to board
members and once approved will send back to Greg Michaels, Attorney’s
